Nope! Whether you’re new to lifting or experienced, the program meets you where you are and gives a clear, progressive path. You don’t have to use my strength plan, but it’s available. Either way, you’ll learn strategies for intensity, recovery, exercise selection, and cardio that you can apply to your own training.

How much time will I need each week?
There’s a weekly 60-minute live call and flexible action steps designed to fit real life. Strength training is key, so aim for 2–4 sessions per week.
When are the calls?
Live call times will be set once the cohort is filled. After enrolling, you’ll share your availability, and all calls will be recorded so you can watch anytime.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No problem—all calls are recorded, and you can ask questions in the community anytime.
